After selecting the appropriate plan and successfully completing your payment, you will receive an invoice with payment confirmation via email and be redirected to the booking page, where you can choose a convenient time for the initial meeting.

Meeting to discuss project details

During the meeting, we’ll go over your project goals, preferences, and the tools you prefer to work with. You will add me to your Webflow workspace so I can work directly in your account, ensuring you have full control over the project. Project management will be handled in the tool that works best for you, whether it’s Trello, Asana, Notion, or others. I’m available and on-call between 4pm and 4am GMT+4 and am happy to join meetings to discuss details.

Design

At the design stage, you’ll provide me with a detailed brief from your client and any necessary information to get started. I’ll design the desktop version in Figma. Once the design is approved, I’ll create the responsive versions for tablets and mobile. After final approval, I’ll begin the Webflow development process.

Webflow Development

During the Webflow development phase, I’ll translate the Figma design into Webflow with pixel-perfect precision. I’ll set up animations and required integrations. Once the desktop version is approved, I’ll set up responsive versions for various devices. I’ll also configure basic SEO settings, and if needed, connect the client’s domain. Additionally, I’ll create the favicon, webclip, and Open Graph images.

Revisions and Project Completion

All revision stages and limits within the selected plan will be tracked, and you can monitor the status of your plan on your plan’s page. If the scope of services provided within your plan is insufficient, we can discuss additional work required for your specific project on a case-by-case basis. Once the project is complete, I’ll hand over all the necessary materials and we’ll conduct a final check to make any small adjustments if needed.

What does the membership include and how does it work?

The membership is a recurring service where I personally handle your project. You get priority service, and you don’t need to search for freelancers or worry about my availability. All the work is done by me, with no tasks passed on to subcontractors.

Can I downgrade or upgrade my membership plan?

Absolutely! You can easily upgrade or downgrade your plan whenever needed. Please note that downgrading does not provide a refund for the difference, and your new plan will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
When you upgrade, your available limits will be adjusted to reflect your usage so far. For example, if you’ve already used 8 out of 10 pages in the Business plan, upgrading will give you access to 12 pages, rather than the full 20.

How soon will you start working on my project?

Once I receive your request, I’ll begin working on your project within 24 hours. I prioritize all my clients and ensure that their needs are met quickly and efficiently.

Can I carry over unused hours to the next month?

Yes, any unused hours can be carried over to the next month, as long as your subscription remains active. However, if you pause or cancel your membership, any remaining hours will be forfeited.

Can I get a refund if I cancel my membership?

Refunds are not provided, as time will have already been allocated to your project. However, the number of revisions included ensures the desired outcome, and all that is required from you is a clear and concise brief.
